ACG Shelley Stockwell-Nicholas On “Your Words Matter”

ACG Shelley Stockwell-Nicholas shared with us a precious insight on how important it is to be ourselves when delivering a speech. “When speaking, be yourself and do not pretend to be someone else,” Shelley said. “Your words matter.”

During the evaluation of Shelley’s speech, DTM Betty Nebelsky emphasized the speaker’s skills on capturing the audience attention from the very moment Shelley stood up in front of the meeting room. Her suitable use of gestures, her voice projection accompanied by her vocal variety conveyed in an inspiring message. The result: an uplifted audience.

Shelley was voted Best Speaker and Betty won the Best Evaluator ribbon. Congratulations!!!
